Brooke and Sander’s sophisticated wedding at Villa Catignano

Located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, near Siena, Villa Catignano exudes old-world charm with its grand Italian gardens, statues and beautifully preserved historic interiors. The preparations took place within the villa’s elegant apartments, where the soft natural light illuminated every meaningful gesture.

The couple chose to exchange vows in an elegant outdoor ceremony, set in front of the estate’s private chapel, surrounded by loved ones. The floral arrangements and decor blended seamlessly with the setting, enhancing the intimate and refined ambiance. With around 80 guests in attendance, the ceremony was a heartfelt celebration, bringing together family and friends from different corners of the world.

After the vows, we explored the villa’s grounds for portraits, wandering through the ornate gardens, statuesque pathways and sunlit courtyards, where every corner provided the perfect frame for capturing their love. The couple’s chemistry, combined with the stunning backdrop, made for a collection of gorgeous images reflecting their elegance and authenticity.

As the evening unfolded, the festivities moved indoors to Villa Catignano’s Gray Hall, a beautifully preserved space where the couple’s cake preparation and cutting ceremony took center stage. The reception was a blend of fine dining, heartfelt toasts and joyous dancing, set against the villa’s historic grandeur. Guests celebrated late into the night, immersed in the warmth and magic of this iconic Tuscan setting.
