What happens when you are on holiday in Florence and you want to create one-of-a-kind memories of your days there? You do what Marcy and Rufino did: call a vacation photographer and get a sunrise shooting!

Marcy and Rufino, a sweet and smiling Hawaiian couple, came to Florence on vacation and decided to gift themselves with a photo shooting – a way to bring home with them a definitely original souvenir of those cheerful days!
They wanted to have the whole city to themselves, so they opted for a sunrise shooting. They had to deal with chilly temperatures to which they were not really used… but it was well worth it!
At sunrise, Florence discloses all of its magic: the streets are empty, the mist embraces the rooftops, the soft light caresses the architectural wonders of its historic center.
Marcy and Rufino could enjoy all of that atmosphere, while having fun and being absolutely genuine in front of my camera. We snapped expressive photos showing both their happiness and the majestic monuments of the city: Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral… and we added a very special location to our sunrise shooting: Tornabuoni Tower.

Florence holds some hidden gems for those who don’t settle for the most common tourist spots. Tornabuoni Tower is one of them: it’s an historic residence, built in 1200, where you can surround yourself with Renaissance art and modern luxury.
Located right in the heart of the city, this fascinating building features a terrace that offers an incredible view. From there, you can see the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore, San Miniato al Monte church, but even the hills of Fiesole and Bellosguardo and the Arno river.
The sights of Florence from Tornabuoni Tower will enchant you as much as they did with Marcy and Rufino. In the quiet and private environment of the terrace, we took photos that gave a really unique touch to their sunrise shooting.
