Holly and Joshua are two beautiful and energetic lovers from London, who decided to get married in Italy and contacted me as their wedding photographer in Umbria.

They chose an incredible venue: Villa L’Antica Posta, located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and overlooking the spectacular rolling hills of Montepulciano, covered in vineyards. This splendid 16^th century luxury villa offers all kinds of amenities you could need on your wedding day and – most importantly – a lot of possible sets for your photo shooting.

With Holly and Joshua we didn’t miss any of them: as their wedding photographer in Umbria, I guided them through many different backgrounds and collected images of every meaningful moment of the event.

I photographed them while they were getting ready for the celebration, focusing on details like the lace of Holly’s wonderful gown or Joshua’s refined boutonniere. I captured the sweet and touching emotions of the ceremony, but also the explosion of joy right after it. There are fun shots of the bouquet toss and of sketches with the bridesmaids and best men.

The amazing landscape of the countryside surrounding Villa L’Antica Posta completed the pictures, making them even more memorable.

These photographs are the proof that an intimate wedding in Italy can be both extremely classy and enjoyable, for the newlyweds and their guests too… and even for the photographer, to be honest!
